This particular project was an emergency request by our client that had to be completed for the unit to be sent out as soon as possible. The job was inclusive of on-site fabrication and installation of thermal insulation blankets using ceramic fibre and high temperature fabrics.

Project Challenges

The confines of time made shop fabrication an impossible idea, and site fabrication was limited by location and accessibility to the items on the unit.

Project Solution

Due to the limitations of time, and the unavailability of work space, fabrication was done on site utilizing our truck bed as a work table. Additional mechanical protection in the form of Knitted Stainless Steel Wired Mesh, was used in the fabrication of the Thermal Blankets. This ensured a longer life time of the installed product.
